Cheesy meatball casserole. I made a huge batch of meatballs right before Eva was born as part of my stock-the-freezer project, and I finally used the last of them this week.

YumRoasted cauliflower with parmesan and thyme. Cauliflower stinks up our house just about as badly as Brussels sprouts, but I continue to make it. That must mean I like it a lot.
