Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix with a fork.
Put butter in a small saucepan over low heat, and add milk.
When butter melts into milk, add eggs and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until eggs are set.
Serve over warm (crustless) toast with a sprinkling of chopped herbs, and eat immediately. read more words!
