Irish Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix with a fork.
Put butter in a small saucepan over low heat, and add milk.
When butter melts into milk, add eggs and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until eggs are set.
Serve over warm (crustless) toast with a sprinkling of chopped herbs, and eat immediately.
