Caramel Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies

Ingredients:

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square pan or 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
In small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth; set aside.
Prepare the brownies as instructed on the box, stirring together the mix, egg, oil, and water in a large bowl until blended. Stir in 2/3 cup of morsels as well.
Scrape brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top a bit.
Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter.
Drop spoonfuls of caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese.
Carefully swirl everything together using a knife or skewer.
Bake 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and sprinkle on the remaining 1/3 cup of morsels.
Bake an additional 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick placed in the center comes out with a few crumbs attached.
Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
