cocktail conundrum

White Caribbean? Dudette? I'm trying really hard to come up with a clever name for my current cocktail of choice, but I'm not having much luck.

I know I have no right to gripe and complain about the cold since so many people have it so much worse than we do here in Charlotte. Multiple feet of snow? Negative double-digit temperatures? No thank you, and no thank you.

You might think that I'd get more excited about Valentine's Day since I now actually have a downright delightful dude with whom to celebrate it, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I still think it's pretty silly.
