As I mentioned last time, I make a batch of scones just about every day. This is also true of muffins, and I've found that even though scones can be sweet or savory, there's a lot more room for variation when it comes to muffins.

How do you pronounce "apricot"? Most people around here say "app-ricot" but for some reason, I say "ape-ricot." I imagine somewhere it's pronounced "ah-pricot," and some goobers who like to Frenchify things might say "apri-co."

Every culture has a form of bread to its credit--tortillas, naan, pitas, frybread, injera, lavash, and on and on it goes. In truth, I haven't encountered a single one that I wouldn't eat again.
