Some zucchini breads are so high in oil, I don't end up feeling good about the recipe. Yours I can feel good about!Big Rigs 'n Lil' Cookieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14389191114283752348noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086092172497469041.post-44156085395205216092016-06-29T10:38:09.863-04:002016-06-29T10:38:09.863-04:00Thanks for the post, will have to try this recipe ...Thanks for the post, will have to try this recipe out!Margothttp://www.lawyernortheastphiladelphia.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086092172497469041.post-65818161918658132952016-06-29T10:37:05.938-04:002016-06-29T10:37:05.938-04:00Great recipe, will have to try this out sometime t...Great recipe, will have to try this out sometime this week! But when you get a great fruit or veggie from your own two hands it's so special. Nice to see an alternative to chocolate, when the zucchini are finaly there, they come in legions, so it's good to be prepared. Never heard of those zucchini destroying creatures... I'll have to google to see what they are...Adinahttp://www.whereismyspoon.conoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086092172497469041.post-55670885514224306002016-06-26T14:26:01.232-04:002016-06-26T14:26:01.232-04:00I gave up on squash years ago for the same reason....I gave up on squash years ago for the same reason. We get an occasional crop from the compost bin--and plenty from the CSAs. I now use coconut oil in place of butter or oil in most hearty baked recipes, including my zucchini muffins. My kids actually liked them better when I started that including my youngest who swears she hates coconut in any form!Inger @ Art of Natural Livinghttp://artofnaturalliving.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8086092172497469041.post-18311938514016094332016-06-25T19:18:21.564-04:002016-06-25T19:18:21.564-04:00I love the close up of the sugar.
