In the 1940s, Martha White began sponsoring Nashville’s famous Grand Ole Opry, the country’s longest-running live radio broadcast. It should therefore come as no surprise that the J.M. Smucker Company is launching an exciting partnership between Martha White and the Country Music Association. As a longtime fan of Martha White products, I'm excited to help promote this partnership!
Martha White is giving away four grand prizes of a trip for two to the 49th Annual CMA Awards in Nasvhille. Each grand prize consists of the following:
*Two (2) tickets from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion) to Nashville, TN;
*Two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
*Ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel and to and from hotel and music experience;
*Two (2) tickets to the CMA awards, plus a music experience for two (2) that includes a tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame/Museum and a special recording experience;
*Lunch and dinner on day 1 and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on day 2 (all details determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion); and

Sweet Potato Morning Glory Muffins

Makes 12
Ingredients:
- 1 (7 ounce) package Martha White sweet potato muffin mix
- 1/4 cup chopped or shredded apple, peeled
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the bottom of an 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan with shortening or cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, stir together mixes, apple, carrot, walnuts, and coconut.
In small bowl, stir together oil, egg, and pineapple with juice; stir into muffin mixture.
Spread into pan.
Bake 12-14 minutes for muffins or 38-42 minutes (less for 9-incher) or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
