$50 NOVICA gift card giveaway!

Hanukkah starts this weekend! Christmas is in less than three weeks! Have you gotten all your gifts? Are your decorations up?


I did a little holiday decorating this past weekend. My tree may be small, but I can fit all the gifts I've already purchased snugly beneath it...



See? That's right. I've purchased zero gifts. I take procrastination to new heights. My problem is that I waffle back and forth between different items, trying to decide what my friend or family member would like more. If you're curious, these cupcakes were made using the technique I described here. To get the frosting to look like that, I lined my pastry bag with streaks of different colors. Nifty, yeah?

    At least you have your tree up. The weather has been so wet and wild that we've yet to venture out to buy ours. Hopefully, this weekend or else at this rate, we'll only have it up and decorated for two weeks before we have to take it down. Sigh.
