Savory cobbler is new to me and I can't wait to try it. <br />In our small town, a shop that has been there for generations, had a shoe cobbler sign, now the sign has been changed to shoe repair, but he's technically a cobbler, a repairman, not a shoemaker. He's Greek, and before him his grandfather, then his father ran it. He's nearly blind and how he does it I don't know, but his work is great.
